| Property Rental Prices & monthly bills |
| Please note that the prices quoted for property rentals are in Euros (€) PER MONTH and based on LONG TERM rental contracts (normally 6 months renewable but occasionally for 3 months). When a property is advertised as INCLUSIVE this means that bills for electricity and water are included UP TO A MONTHLY LIMIT (normally €30 per month for smaller apartments & €50 for larger ones) -check with us what applies.From time to time we do have properties available for shorter periods or holidays - please contact us by email or telephone or call in to our office for more details and to discuss your particular requirements. |
