From our office situated in a prime position at the entrance to the Harbour - next to the Mirador Restaurant, Los Abrigos Properties has been providing estate agency and related services to local, expatriate and visiting clients for over since the early 1990's. The business is now owned by Penny and David Thorley who live in the Village and, indeed, bought their property through the Agency when they were just clients! David runs the agency whilst Penny runs our sister company JDH Property Management, which specialises in the holiday rental market: Click here for link to JDH. The other member of the Los Abrigos Properties is Laure Dion. Parisien Laure has lived on the Island since the mid-1990's. As well as French she is also fluent in Spanish, Italian and English and has been with the Agency since 2003.
Although we specialise in providing property and land sales, rentals and management services in the South of Tenerife, we also cover the other regions on the Island.
We pride ourselves in providing a friendly, personal and individual service, tailored to the particular needs of each of our clients.We are members of AECPLA (The Association of local Businesses and Professionals -similar to a Chamber of Commerce in the UK). The final, and smallest member of the team is Poppy, Penny and David's Patterdale Terrier! She welcomes all our clients with a little woof and a wagging tail from her position under the desk! |

Los Abrigos Properties are proud sponsors of the Phoenix Bar Darts Team. In their first year (2007/8), the Los Abrigos based team achieved the amazing result of being runners up in Division 2 of the Oasis fm Darts League. They were actually equal on points with the winners but lost out on less singles won over the season...such bad luck! These pictures, from the Awards Ceremony held at the BierKeller, Karting Las Americas show the team sporting their new shirts with our logo, ready for the new season in Division 1.
